I truly appreciate the staff and Nelson Calvo. However, my last appointment experience was extremely disappointing. I understand busy days and appreciate the efforts by the team working through the chaos. Unfortunately, I left my appointment not knowing anything about my recent tests results which I’ve been carrying heavy anxiety, and or understanding my future action plan. I should have clarified prior to leaving but felt Doctor was extremely backed up and rushed and elected to end the visit and reconvene later.
Fantastic Doctor, there is no one like him, care for his patients,listen all the concerns and follow up the issues . Great job
