Associates' people are VERY responsive, service was great, questions immediately answered. Pleased with the transaction, which closed smoothly. 1 star for the Qualia app; my wife and i separately invested more than 30 minutes each trying to do simple things on that app, like connect the bank account to fund the transaction, or identify the specific amount to wire into Associates to fund the transaction at closing.
