I was refereed here because my daughter had 5 cavities and one is almost touching her nerve. Dr. Perk gave me two options and I chose dental treatment under general anesthesia, as her mom I was so worried for my daughter but I could tell she was going to be in good hands.The entire staff that came in that day for my daughter surgery was amazing. My twin boys had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Park. He and the team were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Park did an amazing job at making my boys feel comfortable as well as easing our worries as parents of children on the Autism Spectrum. His knowledge and expertise with special needs patients was evident in how he explained his concerns thoroughly and how well he treated the boys. We instantly knew the boys were in good hands. Always a great visit, the team always puts the child first ! Very transparent and open when suggesting next steps and has great options. Obviously super kids friendly. My kids love their dentist!
*1/5 stars* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this pediatric dental clinic. As a parent, I was expecting a welcoming and helpful experience, especially since they specialize in caring for kids. Unfortunately, the opposite was true. I struggled to get basic information about appointments and insurance, with phone calls going unanswered and return calls coming at inconvenient times.
