I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mike and the entire staff. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic was clean and well-organized. Thank you all for your outstanding care and excellent service. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a great CHILDREN'S DENTISTRY.
Avoid this clinic. In our experience, they were more focused on maximizing charges than being transparent with patients. We were billed far more than expected, and when we questioned it, the response was essentially that we should have asked about every fee beforehand. I am giving ABCD Dental a one-star review due to my experience with the front desk staff and the inconsistent information I received regarding billing and deposits. I was initially told by a front desk staff member, Romy, that I needed to pay a $500 deposit to book my surgery date and that I could expect the credit to be returned on the day of surgery. The hygienist, Jelena, is an amazing person! She sang the wheels on the bus, lol, while she was checking our son's teeth, giving him confidence and making him feel in a safe place. Her words and kindness make the difference! Our son is very inquisitive and she was there to answer all his questions with patience and love. Thanks a lot!
