The team is amazing. I have a special-needs child that they were able to service and keep engaged. Many have tried before and they’ve all failed
I've been with AA now for my third set of hearing aids. I love these guys, but I'm very unhappy with my new aids. I've had Widex, and Phonax. Both were excellent hearing aids. But, this last time, I was recommended Resound. Which I had never heard of, but I was "sold" on them. I wanted Phonak again, but was sold on the Resound. I've now had these for 9 months. Avoid this practice. If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not return phone calls. They bill insurance incorrectly using incorrect CPT codes and charge additional fees in violation of there insurance company contract. We have been unable to get a refund of booking fees that never should have been charged. These fees amount to an attempt to double dip and charge the patient for services the insurance company already paid for. Arrived 12 minutes late due to (starting to rain) weather changes and a few accidents enroute to this location. There was no one in the waiting area. I live past 1604 on the south side of town. They should take into consideration that when weather conditions change (especially from dry to wet) there will be delays. Response: Thanks for your blanketed response. So... consideration for this patient didn't imply. You missed the actual point of my review.
I had tried to get hearing aids at two places previously. First I tried working with my doctor’s office. Then I tried working with people online for some more affordable options. I had very negative experiences with both. But working with Associates of Audiology has been such a refreshing change. I received a more detailed analysis of my hearing deficit.
