The only good thing about this practice was doctor Avery.... he retired. I was a teen mom and had seen Darlene the whole time, only to have her out of town at time of my delivery. Dr. Thress was an absolute nightmare. As a young, teenage mother, I tried to explain to him my bouts of depression and his response to me was "Its called dealing with it". I left that practice and never looked back. But I will say going out the door I voiced my opinion, and the receptionist said you're definitely not the first to say so...
Had one of the most bizarre first prenatal appointments ever here. Never had a chance to ask questions, Dr Rehfuss seemed annoyed to be there from the second she entered the room. At over ten weeks pregnant all that was done was a urine pregnancy test. No labwork, exam or even mention of when exactly I would be able to get an ultrasound. I wouldn't give this place a single star if I could help it!!! The ONLY good thing about this practice is Jessie, the midwife. I also loved Darlene, who delivered my son and was wonderful but she's no longer here. Dr. Thress was MIA during the gallbladder issue I had during my first pregnancy. When the office was finally able to get him to refer me to the surgeon, I had surgery, everything went well, no thanks to him. I have been going to this practice for almost 3 years now. I love most of the staff and especially Jessie, the midwife. She really does care about you and your growing baby. Darlene delivered my first but unfortunately she is gone now. However, Jessie will be delivering my second and I know it will be another great experience. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because I believe the customer service reps could be trained better due to miscommunication. I've had my appointments mixed up before and it causes a headache.
