lack of communication between staff and whoever Cindy is at the front desk is always rude over the phone.
I am giving 5 stars solely to the sonogram tech Sophia. She did my ultrasound confirming a loss and she was so compassionate, caring, and patient.
Dr castelli is my obgyn and he’s AMAZING! I wish I could have him all the time but sadly I have to have fill in ob’s when he’s on a much needed vacation
This was first time with a pelvic ultrasound. The technician lacked compassion, empathy and understanding. She didn’t explain the procedure and insisted it was all ‘part of being a woman’ and ‘wait until you have babies’ as a reason to justify my pain and sobbing. She made the experience embarrassing and emotionally shaming. Would not recommend!
