After seeing Dr Pearsall for 16 years, I’m sad to leave this review. I live out of town, took off work early and showed up to my appointment to be forced to sign a sheet stating it’s a gamble to pay for my visit. This was not explained over the phone, this was not related once I was referred to see a nurse practitioner and I had to repeat myself to management because a question I asked was overlooked. Dr. Bossert is truly the best. He always goes above and beyond for his patients, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. He takes the time to listen, address every concern, and thoroughly explain everything in a way that is easy to understand.
