I moved to Ooltewah and transferred my OB care here and it is by far the WORST experience ever. I had one appointment and never went back. I went in for my 20 week appointment and had my anatomy scan. The scan was maybe 3 minutes long, I received THREE pictures, only one was somewhat visible to see a side profile of baby and the other two were irrelevant. Hannah White is amazing. I can't imagine dealing with menopause without her help.
I'll never come back here. Probably the worst choice I could have made, horrible pictures during my anatomy scan, no word on measurements. Dr did not take any concerns serious. Ive have multiple past losses and was always brushed off. Went elsewhere and had a healthy little boy delivered at a better hospital by a better doctor. Always felt rushed and dismissed here and would rather drive further to get better care. Don't waste your time here.
This place is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Dr. Roberts is extremely thorough and compassionate and truly knows how to make his patients feel comfortable during their visits. He takes time to answer any questions you have while adding in a dash of humor every now and then. Plus, his nurse Paige is incredible. You can tell that she absolutely loves her job but how well she loves and care for her patients. The whole staff there is wonderful and I’ve always felt loved and welcome when I went! :)
The old obgyn was not trying to help me but this one they listen to me and they put me something they will help you I Love this one if I do get pregnant Dr Robert will be delivering my first baby whenever I get pregnant but yes they are the best hands down
