DO NOT go here. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. I have been going to them almost 2 years and whenever I call needing to get in quickly with any kind of issue, they won’t give you an appointment for 3 weeks and tell you if you don’t like it, to go to the ER. Then I made a remark about waiting an hour and a half for my appointment and the doctor had not even showed up yet and Dr.Williams nurse started yelling at me. Very unprofessional. Just always a bad experience there.
The front office staff are very nice and respectful. Dr. Williams is very professional and caring. He also has a good sense of humor.
Best OBY my daughter has ever had. He's great doctor and has great bed side manners and treats you like family.
I moved to Ooltewah and transferred my OB care here and it is by far the WORST experience ever. I had one appointment and never went back. I went in for my 20 week appointment and had my anatomy scan. The scan was maybe 3 minutes long, I received THREE pictures, only one was somewhat visible to see a side profile of baby and the other two were irrelevant.
