I’m unsure of what happened at their offices this week and why they couldn’t return my call on same business day as the voicemail states if you call in before 4pm. I called around 9:30am at one office on one day and the same time at the other office the next… let me say I am NOT pregnant. However I was having issues that borderline warranted a hospital visit. Dr. Roberts and his team are amazing! Everyone in the office is kind, professional and very helpful. Dr and nurses always took the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions I had, which made me feel much more comfortable as a first-time mom.
I love Dr Roberts he's been my doctor still I was 17 or 18 I'm now 33. He is straight forward & very honest even when I didn't what to hear what he was saying but he was right in the end. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I've even told him that if he retired I wouldn't have another doctor I would just stop going.
I had to find a new OB office as I had recently moved and discovered I was pregant. I found Dr. Roberts' office, knowing I was high risk, they saw me right away and even got me to a high risk specialist immediately. Paige was a great about responding to questions I thought about after the appointments. She deserves a raise! The tech that did my ultrasounds was also amazing.
