I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a provider. I was seen by Amanda and she was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern or care about my experience. I felt completely over looked and she minimized my experience. I was experiencing symptoms that were genuinely concerning to me, and I felt that I was given very little opportunity to explain what I was experiencing or ask questions. DO NOT go here. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. I have been going to them almost 2 years and whenever I call needing to get in quickly with any kind of issue, they won’t give you an appointment for 3 weeks and tell you if you don’t like it, to go to the ER. Then I made a remark about waiting an hour and a half for my appointment and the doctor had not even showed up yet and Dr.Williams nurse started yelling at me. Very unprofessional. Just always a bad experience there.
The front office staff are very nice and respectful. Dr. Williams is very professional and caring. He also has a good sense of humor.
Best OBY my daughter has ever had. He's great doctor and has great bed side manners and treats you like family.
