Two weeks before my appointment, I called to confirm that my insurance (Hennepin Health) was accepted. The receptionist assured me it was and said I was "good to go." However, on the day of my appointment, everything went wrong. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was rude—no greeting, no acknowledgment—just a clipboard shoved my way. Went in today and had to get my blood drawn, which is my least favorite part of any doctors visit. The nurse that did the blood draw was so quick and efficient that I didn’t end up passing out for the first time in years. She took multiple vials and it didn’t even leave a bruise. I hate blood draws, but easily the best blood draw I’ve ever had to go through. Their lab techs are a amazing and very professional.
I've always had good experiences here and have liked both the NP's and doctors I've seen.
Been going here for years. They are just the best!
The OBs and nursing staff are great. However they use a 3rd party for medical records. I put in an online request 1/31, I called 2/12 cause they still hadn't been sent. I called again 2/18, still not sent and was assured they would be sent by tomorrow. Half hour later, another lady from this 3rd party called and told me that unless I'm sending my records to a provider then the records will be sent via mail. I explained that I am the patient and I can have them sent via fax or email at my request. I've never had an OB office ... read more
