Been going here for years. They are just the best!
The OBs and nursing staff are great. However they use a 3rd party for medical records. I put in an online request 1/31, I called 2/12 cause they still hadn't been sent. I called again 2/18, still not sent and was assured they would be sent by tomorrow. Half hour later, another lady from this 3rd party called and told me that unless I'm sending my records to a provider then the records will be sent via mail. I explained that I am the patient and I can have them sent via fax or email at my request. I've never had an OB office ... read more
I have an appointment scheduled here but have decided to cancel it due to the rudeness of whoever answers the phone. I had a couple easy questions for the woman that answers the phone and she made me feel like I was a pain in her side. Tell you what, I'd rather not meet her in person. Not going to spend my money at a place that doesn't care about their customers! No thanks, too many other places to go. Hope you find better customer service help to be the face of your clinic!
I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, but was so put off by the receptionist's brusque tone and rushed manner that I did not move forward. I saw that this issue was noted in prior reviews; it's unfortunate that it does not seem to have been addressed based on my interaction. I will give two stars because the clinic had availability on short notice, but I'm still going to wait 6 weeks to see a different provider. I am going to first say my daughter is 19. Her first appointment was with Megan and let me tell you Megan is AMAZING but unfortunately does not deliver babies so she needed to find a different doctor. Her 1st OB she seen made comments about teen pregnancy. She was very unprofessional and when my daughter left she was in tears. She requested a new OB.
