I would give zero stars if I could. We went in for a "parent intake" because we are trying to get neuropsychological testing for our 12 year old with moderate ID. Once we told the lady that she has a lower IQ, that's all she focused on. She acted as if our child is completely incapacitated, which she is not. Told us that we need to get her on a disability check because she will never be able to get a job. She was very condescending. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would but I will say it was NOT a success the first time I took my child but the great thing is there are way more psychologist /therapist So I suggest if you don’t find your fit, maybe try And make an apt.with someone else that works there bc my child is shy and didn’t want me to leave..so that was an issue w some but then we met Jess and I’ve never been happier with our decision bc She didn’t have a problem with someone Else being in the room And she has been so helpful n... read more
Rude, condescending, disrespectful, heavily biased, and extremely unprofessional. Don't go here if you're a neurodivergent adult trying to get help. It was a dehumanizing, traumatizing experience. Some people shouldn't work in the mental health field.
Great people work here I feel safe and cared for
They were very rude..All they care bout is that you keep your appointment!! No consideration for their patients what so ever. !! After having to reschedule a few times was told they couldn't reschedule or help us!!
