Best surgeon on planet earth. hands down.
Would not recommend. Facility never answers phone nor emails. Red flag for post op care and just in general for after a surgery. Completely unprofessional in my experience, I’ve never seen a facility that doesn’t respond at all to phone nor email. Insane. Only time I have ever seen facilities avoid the phone is when they are avoiding from talking to unhappy patients. BEWARE! I’ve literally called hundreds of times there is no way they aren’t avoiding phone phone calls.
Receptionist was very rude. Refused to answer minor questions about a consultation. The reception was unfriendly, customer service skills are horrible
Originally my review was pleased until I was hospitalized as a result of an infection caused by the surgery. I had to undergo a second surgery to clear it as well as remove a blood clot that was originally told to me as a hematoma that would "absorb itself." The reduction surgery I asked Dr. Dean for was supposed to be the best thing I'd ever done. Now, I can't think of anything else I regret more.
Dr Cox is the best ....IM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS. I never do reviews...this is honestly my first. I'm pleased ...he was nice ..very soft spoken ....i can't say enough about him
