Front desk was nice. Dr was rude and dismissive. Told us to give our 2 year old Flonase. Didn’t listen to our concerns at all. Literally saw her looking past me when I was talking. Horrible bedside manner, both times/no personality. If you are interacting and talking with parents about their child, at least fake a smile or acknowledge the concern. Got a second opinion. Had surgery and already seeing so much improvement in just a month.

Dr. Downey was recommended by a friend of mine and she is great with my daughter (age 9). She has been seeing her for a few years and collaborates well with our other physicians to address my daughter's frequent bouts of asthma and sinus infections. Please be aware that these people charge $50 for same day cancellations. I was not made aware of this information when making the appointment. Otherwise I would’ve looked elsewhere altogether.
