I wish I could give zero stars. First off the receptionist Tammie was rude. I told her that I was in the hospital and that was why I missed my appt. She said they called the day before and left a vmail. I told her I did not have a phone. She told the “they have phones in the hospital” wow! Here I was sick and really wasn’t thinking about calling an ORAL SURGEON. She said I forfeit my deposit. Dr. Bhandari was amazing and took care of my two broken teeth very quickly. He talked me through the entire process and was very concerned for any discomfort I was in. Within a week of having a consult I was scheduled for the extraction. Amazing experience.

I was very nervous going in but the experience couldn’t have gone any better. I got my two top wisdoms out in 15 minutes, I couldn’t believe it was over when he told me the teeth were already out. I highly recommend this place. Doctor “Ferrari” Bhandari is the fastest and most efficient surgeon in broome county.
Everyone at the front desk and the assistants were super nice and Dr. Bhandari was absolutely fantastic.
