saw this dr many years ago and paid my bill. When I checked in for a new apt I advised my provider changed and my deductible was met in Jan then our company changed providers with the same insurance. The office manager calls me less than 24 hours from my apt stating I owe $1100 and they wont let me get my diagnosis until the insurance was met. This should be ILLEGAL.
I would not trust this place with any sensitive documents. They have no hipaa protocol. They have called me multiple times and every time they call they have the wrong person’s account pulled up. They made appointments for me months ago and just ripped them away from me because they actually used the wrong account. THEY READ TO ME OUT LOUD OVER THE PHONE TWO DIFFERENT HOME ADDRESSES TO VERIFY IF IT WAS THE RIGHT ACCOUNT.What happened to just verifying the birthdate after confirming the first name??
