The experience I have with this office is unfortunately a yo yo experience. Some of the staff are kind and knowledgeable, but some of the staff are rude and do not seem to communicate with the doctors or each other. Example: I got off the phone with Greg scheduler who does the 3 day EEG. When I tried asking him questions about bathing or why I cannot change clothes for three days, he was extremely rude and said things like "I would think it is common sense". The Farmington Hills office is always so easy to work with & everyone you meet from the front desk staff to the checkout staff is very nice.
The PT team is great! Very nice and helpful. On the neurology side I had some issues with the systems and finding a time for an appointment.
