I've been with these doctors for over 9 months. In that time, I have had one of the worst experiences with a doctor I've ever had. Every time I've called, I've had to wait at least 10 minutes to talk to anyone; I've been "disconnected" multiple times as soon as there are no other callers in front of me. My first appointment, I waited over 3 hours to be seen; most appointments since then I've had to wait at least an hour. Not only do I have over $1000 in payments that I made missing they have incorrectly billed me and the bills I've received don't even match my explanation of benefits from my insurance. I went in for an appointment that they scheduled today for me only for them to turn me away stating I needed to prepay for my appointment which is something I have NEVER done in the past and I've been going here since 2014.
