Friendly and very helpful staff, especially office manager Fran. Highly recommend this practice.
A wonderful office with great staff! I met Dr Donovan today and could not be more pleased with my visit, he was thorough probably the most thorough doctor I have encountered and he was very personable. I would recommend him and his office to anyone needing any neurological exam or treatment! I would give them a 10 out of 10 stars if I could!
No sign on building which is tough for people with brain issues. My appointment was for 7:40 but no one got to work till that time. Three doors on office I tried one but it was locked at 8. I cancelled next appointment this is not a good Dr. anyone.
I was very pleased with my visit. I have a followup next week!
Wait times are extreme, spending an appreciate amount of time with each patient is great, but it's hours long wait, scheduling needs to be adjusted. They are determined to diagnose everyone with ADHD without a legit reason or appropriate testing. I also wasn't told I was seeing a PA instead of the doctor either, Stefanie, the PA is rude and unprofessional, she actually raised her voice at me and behaved like a child, I was stunned, I let her know that I wouldn't be comfortable having her dealing with my health care and would... read more
