1.5 hours in a room waiting for the doctor who never showed- rescheduled and was asked why by the doctor why we rescheduled our last appointment. Staff talk about other patients, rude when leaving messages, random reschedules because the doctor said so- yet if I have to reschedule due to work I’m lectured as to the importance of keeping appointments. Waited for 45 minutes after I was in room and dr still didn't show! Ended up walking out! My time is important too.
One star is too many stars! Saw my husband for seven years and never did a sonogram or ran any test to investigate as to what the problem was. Come to find out he had a slow growing tumor on his kidney that was cancerous. This was found only after my daughter who is a nurse requested a sonogram. The tumor was as large as a small soccer ball, and compromised his other kidney. Talk about neglect. Long story short my husband is on dialysis and waiting on a kidney transplant.
