I’m sitting in the waiting room waiting for my elderly mother. This is a very busy office. There aren’t enough chairs, and the ones that are here are covered with dust. The carpet is old and dirty, and the doors are filthy. I can hear every conversation the receptionists are having. Can’t you do better? No privacy at all in this dirty office.
