I've been going to this practice for over 10 years. Since covid it is impossible to get a sick appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I called to make an appointment today and was given an appointment of November 20th. Today is October 20th.
Nancy the receptionist has becoming increasingly abrupt and rude. She talks down to me as a patient, she insulted me today and her behavior is not only a bad image of this practice, I am unsure what warrants Nancy at this office to behave and speak to patients so rude and disrespectfully.
