I was referred to Mark Hagler by GAL Anna Bush and Judge Loza, which gave me the impression this would be a professional and neutral environment. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Within minutes of the session starting, Mark labeled me as “angry and hostile” simply for explaining my situation. That kind of characterization is not only inappropriate, but in my opinion, intentionally dismissive and biased. dr.david finn is a hired gun whom swindled my family and i out of over 30,000. we hired him for an assessment, it was never done and he "disappeared" never heard or seen him again. he won't answer calls and or emails he just took off with our money. do not go to dr. david finn. there is an article written about him by a reporter by michael volpe on substack read it this guys a scam artist and a fraud! report him to idfpr illinois department of financial and professional regulation!!!!!!!!! Dr. Finn is truly terrible. In his final report he describes that I said my ex is just trying to remove me from our son's life. He says there is no evidence to support that... She has tried to have two different men adopt him. That's just the top of the iceberg. He never interviewed my sons teachers, but listed stuff as he did.
