For starters when their office was in Barrington, I was told that I would get hearing aid batteries, free for life. I should’ve got that in writing, but I did not. Then when move to Voorhees I guess the rent was too high for John . I was told that the girls did not know what they were doing in Barrington and that they were not free. Shame how they didn’t know their job. Where to start? Billing department F, customer service , C. My credit card was billed for the entire amount, not half as was agreed to. After almost 3 months, I was issued a refund check THAT BOUNCED. Messages not delivered. I This entire experience was garbage, although the technician that fitted my hearing aid was professional. I can't imagine running a business this way. Avoid this company, for the reasons listed.
I had a new hearing test today after my last one 2 years ago and decided it was time to get hearing aides. The audiologist was thorough and friendly … but from there things went badly. I ordered hearing aides paying 50% down if $3000 and was told I’d receive my hearing aides in about 2 weeks. My mother in law went to Associates in Hearing HealthCare under the impression that they took her insurance. After finding out that the hearing aids would not be covered we went ahead and ordered them anyway and made a $3,000 deposit. We also got billed for the portion of the hearing test not covered by insurance but when I complained they waived it.
