BUYER BEWARE!!!!. RIP OFF. I was tested by an audiologist (?). I have severe tinnitus. I was told to go to the next room to see John. He claimed he also had tinnitus and that a $6,000 hearing aid would help me at night. I gave a $3,000 deposit. I left his office and thought what did I just do????????????? Since the leaving of Elizabeth Kennedy and the closing of their Barrington office, this company has totally went downhill. I’ve received no communication from them. When I made an appointment three times I was canceled and two times I was half taken care of while I was there. When I got a replacement set of hearing aids, I was just handed my aids. They didn’t even make sure that everything was OK. I was a long time customer of 11 years. Now I have to find a new company to take care of my hearing needs.
A lot of turn over in AuD’s with this group. I left the practice to find a different AuD group to meet my needs, hopefully things improved and it was just growing pains.
I've been going here for a little over a year. They all are very professional, explain everything, and don't rush you out the door. Worth the drive.
