I had an appointment for 2pm earlier this week. I was not informed about any copay prior to the appointment. It was just to turn the wire around, so it doesn't keep popping out of my ear on the hearing aid. Would have taken maybe 30 seconds. When I arrived the man at the desk, I don't know his name, maybe John I'm not sure, he was rude. He said the copay is $50.00 and I couldn't afford that. I never had a copay in the past. They need to inform the patient before the appointment. I will not recommend this practice to anyone... read more
RecommendedGreat group of people. My hearing issues have been going on since I was 9 years old this is the first office that listened to me and made it possible for me to hear more clearly. My hearing aid had issues and they took care of it immediately. Hearing loss affects your whole take on life if you know someone or if you have issues go to this group

The Barrington Hearing Associates were so thoughtful and caring about my Tinnitus level and frequencies, besides a thorough hearing test. There was no rushing. Two spent time with me to make sure everything was charted correctly. Then, based on all the tests, they came up with the best solution for my unique issues. I have already told friends about them. I know that I got the absolute best care and advice! If needing any hearing issue evaluated, go to Barrington Hearing Associates! Great people and facility!
