I had an appointment for 2pm earlier this week. I was not informed about any copay prior to the appointment. It was just to turn the wire around, so it doesn't keep popping out of my ear on the hearing aid. Would have taken maybe 30 seconds. When I arrived the man at the desk, I don't know his name, maybe John I'm not sure, he was rude. He said the copay is $50.00 and I couldn't afford that. I never had a copay in the past. They need to inform the patient before the appointment. I will not recommend this practice to anyone... read more
