Absolutely trash place. I pressed 1 on my text message to confirm. I did NOT cancel. I walked in to my appointment to be told someone else is scheduled because I canceled. I had to use my lunch break just for this appointment which I have had for over a month now to be told “I’m sorry” Not everyone can just take off work. Sounds like someone used my time slot to give someone else.
Would recommend this place to anyone!! Great service as soon as you walk through the doors all the way until you finish your appt. My provider listened to everything I had to say and I felt heard!! If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would!
Amazing staff. Waited only a few minutes in the lobby and was seen by a doctor very quickly. They addressed all my medical issues and made me feel like they were completely listening to my concerns.
Very caring and took the time to explain and make sure we understood everything. I would say went above and beyond also reaching out for old records because she was concerned about other issues too
