Very caring Doctor's!
Today I had an appointment with Dr. Elizabeth Ryman. She was my nurse practitioner a few years ago, she left and then came back, I really missed her. She is professional, kind, caring. She takes the time to go over any questions and concerns you may have, reviews your chart to be sure that you are to date on any blood work, tests. It is always a good visit with her, glad she is back
The women at the front desk are no help and very rude. Never expected grown adults to act so clueless when my insurance is telling me exactly what the underlying issue is.
My husband really likes his provider, Jim. He always has a good experience, and even schedules regular follow ups! Appointment scheduling is easy. They have multiple specialists on certain days of the week, and in house testing and procedures so almost everything can be done in the same office.
There are way too many wonderful things to say about this practice to be able to fit it into a single review, but I'll give it my best shot! The office staff here is truly amazing - whether administrative, billing, clinical, or management - they are all the most helpful, kind, caring, hard-working staff I've ever known.
