Terrible outsourced customer service since changing to Village Medical from Associates in Family Medicine. Gave insurance over the phone multiple times, and I had to go in person to deal with it. Got sent to collections because the insurance had not been processed on the billing statement. I didn't post a review the first time, but this has happened twice now. Changed doctors over this for myself and both children.
It's so sad that they have been purchased by Village Medical. We have been here for over twenty years, even though our primary doctor retired a few years ago (which began the huge decline in service). But truly, since the switch to Village Medical, it is an absolutely nightmare to try to receive care. It is impossible to talk to anyone at the office directly (You are connected first to an outsourced call center and then after waiting forever on hold you can occasionally leave a message, which will not be returned).
