Sent me a certified letter threatening to send me to collections but when I called they said I owed zero. They also never seem to run through insurance before attempting to collect on a bill
I'm disappointed that appointments regularly schedule 3+ months out to see a Dr. In my opinion this is a very negative way to treat patients (customers). Asking people to predict months in advance when they'll need to see a Dr. is hypocritical.
