Thank you for the wonderful eye service. I put off seeing an eye specialist for over 10 years and the tech-Kate was great with the initial stuff. Dr Terri was patient with me and listened to my concerns. Very satisfied with the care and I would recommend seeing them to see you!
My daughter and I both had appointments recently and I can't say enough about this place! Everyone there was so caring and went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. The Dr. Took the time to explain everything and be sure I understood everything. Several of the assistants took tike to make conversation with my daughter and make her feel comfortable which is more than I could ask for. All I needed was a simple eye chart test for a prescription to get new glasses. I told the receptionist it was a one time visit and I would be paying cash. She insisted I give her my address which I did under protest. Then she wanted my phone number and when I told her I would not give her my phone number (honestly for a one time visit I felt it was none of their business) she told me if I was going to act like that I should leave; which I did happily. Dr. Meg Harlin was absolutely fantastic with me. She truly understood me, took the time to see and hear me, and listened carefully to all of my concerns. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Associates and Eye Care is very lucky to have her. I’ve been going to the eye doctor every year since my freshman year of high school, and I’m 21 years old now—and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience or a better Doctor than I did today. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her!
