Wait times for scheduled appointments is significantly greater than what they tell you over the phone. Audiology tech was very unpleasant during scheduling over the phone. Bedside manner with a toddler was lackluster.
Showed up for my appointment today to be told I don’t have an appointment. I showed the receptionist at the desk my confirmation and he said “yep that’s what you’re supposed to have. But you don’t have an appointment. Would you like to make one? I have one a month from today”. Why would I continue with this office after this? No, I’ll go elsewhere. Should have read the reviews.
I read the reviews and was hesitant. The front desk person, Justin, was very pleasant and efficient. Dr Morse was kind, thorough and great at explaining. Dr Morse is very well trained in Nose and sinus surgery. I am glad I chose to go here.
Yikes. I should have read the reviews before visiting this office. I was REFERRED here for reoccurring ear issues. I previously went to the doctor 3 times and have tried multiple different treatments. I explained my symptoms to Dr. Lorde where his response was “ I don’t know , come back in three months.” When I explained my difficultly hearing his response was” your hearing test says otherwise”.
