I called to see if the office offers steroid injections to break up hypertrophic surgery scars, the girl who answered the phone just said that she doesn’t know if they offer that and I would just have to schedule an appointment. It would have been more helpful for her to check with someone to see if that’s even a service they offer vs. hitting my insurance with an office visit if it’s something they don’t even offer.

The Dr was really understanding. She took time to explain what was going on. I would definitely recommend her.
