Showed up for my appointment that I had waited a month for, drove 50 minutes to get to and missed work for to be told I needed a referral to be seen there when I had already been seen in the past. The woman who took me back to the room was rude and spoke to me like I was inconveniencing her day with this insurance issue. I left and was called 10 minutes later to be told "Sorry, we had the wrong insurance information and you don't need a referral. Would you like to reschedule?" I have not felt as welcomed to a clinic since I was a child. Mandy provided knowledgable, kind, and scientifically backed care. I am so glad to have met her!
