I would rate this place high reviews but I am unable since I’ve been waiting over a month for a prior authorization to be sent by this office. Such a shame they let their patients fall through the cracks like this.

Staff is warm and welcoming, unless you need to talk to billing (Carla) she is a billing manager with the worst attitude. Extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I called with a billing question needless to say she was absolutely vile. Called back and talked to the receptionist for my billing questions. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK DUE TO THIS BILLING MANGER.
I’ve been visiting this office for the past couple of years, and each time has been a great experience. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional, which sets a welcoming tone. I personally see Stina McKenna, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is not only kind, but also extremely professional. Stina McKenna goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and explains every step of any procedure beforehand, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended!
