The staff seemed nice and I didn't really have a problem with them, but I went here because they said they took my insurance. They repeatedly assured me over the phone that I wouldn't have to pay anything for my visit, then when I got them I asked them to clarify multiple times that I would pay nothing at all and my insurance would cover 100%, they paused for a second to look up my information and verify it, and told me yes my insurance would fully cover it. Staff was friendly.went right in 10 minute wait. Had 2 teeth removed. They was no pain and the whole thing 30 minutes. And the co pay was reasonable.
Dr. Jessica Hamm and staff at the Whitley City office are terrific! Dr. Hamm is patient, gentle and does excellent work. Her dental technician Leslie is calming and reassuring for those of us with dental work phobia. I haven’t met anyone on staff that hasn’t went above and beyond, including Freida at the front desk. The fact they’re much more affordable than others in the area is an added bonus.
I have been twice now, once for me and once for my son. Both were great experiences. They made it a stress free and fast appointment. They were amazing with my kiddo, who was scared of going to begin with. They took their time and explained everything they were doing to him while also educating me as well. Great experience, and I will take my other kiddos here as well.
