Money. Money. Money. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t make a mistake here. No compassion. No empathy. No experience.
Horrible Service. And extremely Horrible "Associates". Go to their Front Desk and you'll be Greeted by Buck Tooth. Get signed up and they will upcharge you for their Services. It's $60 just to sign up for the first Day and then $30 each class. Other places it's only $25 to sign up and cheaper classes. I do not recommend that you go here for Services. They care about the Money and not the People. They get in your personal business before helping anyone and just doing their jobs by doing class. They are creepy as hell stating ... read more
They pretend to care about you but they are actually using you for your Money and Numbers. I went for MONTHS for Outpatient (I was supposed to only have to do 8weeks) I was told I was done with my Outpatient which was needed for my probation order and my therapist Angie asked me if I WANTED to be done or still would like to speak with her. She told me multiple times each session that I was there still by CHOICE and it had nothing to do with my probation order anymore ...... I had an amazing experience at ACT, I really appreciated the friendly counselors, as well as the bright and helpful front desk. I have been recommending this counseling office to my family and friends. Thank you ACT!
