If I could give zero stars I would, I was looking for help for my son and decided to look for a therapist and pay out of pocket. I didn't care how much the cost was but soon after my sons 2 visit I realized she didn't even know who he was, she made us wait in the lobby for almost an hour on both occasions. On the second visit her assistant called and said she was running late 10 minutes prior to my appt waited almost 2 hrs, When i scheduled appt they would call me and give me different appt dates. Always running late. Paying out of pocket and she would take up a whole session talking about herself and not what we could do to help my child.
At first I thought she was gifted. But her constant excuses at why she was often an hour late became the habit. She did not help our family. Cannot recommend.
I had been seeing Dr. Stuart going on 2 months. The first month was great, I got so much off my chest and worked through some very serious issues. Unfortunately 2nd month seemed she was running late with other clients and I would be short and quick on a few of my sessions not getting a full session and I was paying out of pocket! Long wait times, once she was an hour late for an appointment. She is a good therapist but as a business her practice is horribly mismanaged and is extremely difficult to work with, especially her receptionist.
