I've been coming to this office long before they were bought out, and I used to love coming here I also schedule my appointments as far out as I can to ensure I'm able to be seen and I can fit it into my schedule. Lately there's been delays, cancellations, rescheduled appointments because they keep losing their hygienist. I have been going to this office for 32 years. Continued to go here after it was bought because of some of the staff that continued to work here. Stayed despite one of their dentists was incdredibly condescending and speaks to everyone like they're children. A bunch of the staff quit and they canceled my appointment without notice. When I called to confirm my appointment they lied and said that I was notified 2 weeks prior, which I wasn't.

One of the best dental offices I have ever been to. I went to Bristol Park Dental for a cosmetic implant, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I was able to get everything completed the same day, and my teeth look amazing. I could not be happier with my smile. I am very thankful that I was referred to them and would highly recommend Bristol Park Dental.The Best dentist!

The office waited less than 24 hours before my cleaning to inform me they were cancelling my appointment due to hygienist staffing shortages. I’m sure this issue was known about well before that. Poorly timed and very unprofessional
