I've never had a bad experience with a doctor or with their office staff until I came to this practice. My OB (we'll call her Dr.L) had a sweet demeanor. However, she was inconsistent, dishonest, and short during appointments. The office staff at the Reynoldsburg location are unprofessional, and unorganized individuals. Their manager Tami is just as bad, If not worse because she encourages their lack of professionalism. I was completely disappointed with my experience and have since found an OB that I love!

Bad service!!! It took me 3 months to schedule a simple appointment for my daughter and when I get to the appointment at the time indicated on my appointment card that they sent me, I'm told new patients need to be there 1/2 hr early. However, this was never mentioned to me NOR is it indicated on the appointment card! Very disappointed with this practice. It's also impossible to see one of their physicians, instead they always want to schedule you with a nurse practitioner!! I do not recommend this practice unless you don't ... read more
