Therapists are fine but whoever is doing the billing is a joke. After telling me I wouldn't have a copay for months, they dropped $400 worth on me at once. They just called my wife and told her she owes $500. Her most recent statement says her balance is $100. They're trying to say her most recent statement doesn't include everything. What? Let me start by saying I really do love the therapists in this office. This has absolutely nothing to do with them at all, and they are truly wonderful. However, the billing department is sketchy. I called and asked why I’m paying for certain dates twice, and why a september date was listed on my November statement and not my October. The woman said part of the money that I paid for the October bill was applied to a date not even listed, which resulted in me needing to pay those dates in the next bill.
