Dr. Kerner is a brilliant gastro who quickly identified my persistent issue after gall bladder surgery. Very personable as well.
The doctor was very nice. However the staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. They get upset when you ask them about mistakes they make and can’t take accountability when they mess up. Employee also lied and told her manager I was being disrespectful to her because I simply asked her what’s their procedure for checking insurance benefits bc this office keeps saying I owe a copay that was is incorrect and already billed and paid out.
