Two guys showed up to Southern Pines TP & snatched up my car. The bald head one was really nasty. Didn't announced theirselves or explain what the reason for towing my car. He told me that if I pay him $100 he would drop my car then explained they taking my car because a neighbor complained about me parking on the grass.
