All I have to say is the better business bureau is going to have a field day with this business.
I hired these folks to repo a customer in Fayetteville and they seem to be trying to keep it. Absolutely ridiculous. Both the customer and auction have repeatedly tried making contact to recover property and the vehicle but the repo yard is literally impossible to get a hold of. The gm Kelly said they’ve had issues with the phones but I guess that’s just part of the game. Be careful, these folks are just trying to steal money or your vehicle.
Towed my car and it was not up for repo. Still had to pay a repo fee and messed my alignment on my car.. you would think they would know what they were doing. Very upset because it left me and my family stranded over NOTHING !!!!!
