Broker screwed me up ‼️ I’m trying to avoid places like that but ones a while they trick me into taking load 🤬 They have no staging area no overnight parking check in 1 hour before app time ‼️Truck-stops around area full from 6:00pm ‼️very disappointed ‼️ Terrible place not designed for overnight unloading ‼️ Believe other reviews they are true ‼️

Refused 1 pallet for no reason
Check in at guard shack after waiting in line is okay. Unload time was only 20 mins. Waited on paperwork and count was 4 hours. Total time on site (4:40) Capstone lumper fee $227 Capstone Lumper wrote the wrong total on my paperwork. After confirming if I had an overage or shortage or what, they said they fat fingered the total and corrected the issue. 🤦♂️ Capstone counter and admin gets 1 star. Everyone else gets the four stars.
