Appt time was 3, checked in at 215 was told to go back and park wait for a call, got a call around 245 head to door 76 and check in at door 75. We'll here it is 7:45 pm and still backed up to the door. What blows my mind is that they have no problem eating up your entire clock
I got here at 3:45 PM. I’m just now leaving at 11:10 PM the receiving office to turn in my paperwork and receive my paperwork. The girl with a bunch of piercings and blue hair was extremely rude was even cursing and to top it off they left all their trash inside my trailer. Worst experience ever as a driver.
My experience was fine...PARK IN DRIVEWAY THEN WALK TO GUARD SHACK...wait for a phone call for dock...walk paperwork to door 75...wait for text to pay lumper then a call for completed paperwork...THIS IS CRAPSTONE LUMPER SO PRICE IS OUTRAGEOUS !!!!!! I had 5pm appointment...empty and leaving facility at 830pm...
