Delivered to Associated Wholesale Grocers in Hernando, MS and had a terrible experience. It takes hours just to unload, then more hours for paperwork — every visit means an excessively long wait. On top of that, they post a notice refusing to provide check-in/check-out times, which prevents drivers from claiming detention reimbursement. Absolute nightmare experience. I’ve been sitting here for over 12 hours trying to get unloaded, and I am STILL stuck on the door. Every time I ask, they just tell me to "wait and wait" with zero updates. On top of the insane delays, the staff working the front counter are extremely rude, unresponsive, and disrespectful. Zero regard or respect for drivers' time. Avoid taking loads here if you can.

This is a very terrible place my appointment was at 5:00 I just got unloaded at 9:30 and its 10:00 and I still don't have my paperwork and the black guy in the office want to look at you crazy when you say something about this place a terrible place to get unloaded have some patience when you come here
4 hours to unload near a city with limited truck parking. These people suck
