Receiving was very slow
A bunch of lazy folks. They don’t want you here till appointment and then they take their slow sweet time unloading.
Horrible! Checked in at 6pm...appt.@7 Got a dock, got unloaded and green light...bumper was pre paid... WAITED AND WAITED FOR THEM TO CALL WITH MY BILLS.... WAITED. I called receiving and the lady was rude and said "she call when she ready!" WAITED WAITED WAITED...I called 5 times, everytime it was the same thing... she'll call when she's ready. OK.... By 10 o'clock I fell asleep because I started that morning at 5 am.... woke up at 2am and the lot was empty.. checked my phone and nothing. They left and never called with my ... read more
