This company installed and serviced our well before we moved in so we continued using them since it seems like there aren’t many options in Fairfield county. I wish there were because I can’t stand dealing with them. Not only do they refuse to bring our well chemicals during our annual service, but the guy who works in the office is the most unfriendly/unhelpful person I’ve ever met. They did not show up for their appt so I can’t rate them.
Poor experience. Chemicals leaked causing damage to floor and clothes. Manager was rather rude. He agreed to my suggestion that I would foot the floor damage and he refund me to cover ruined jeans, however when I returned to the store, he refused and then slunk away to his office, closed the door and would not return. Not joking.
