The Call center,, for associate Urologist of North Carolina is one of the rudest inconsiderate. Call center, I have ever dealt with. They are little or no assistance they want to do nothing but transfer you to another number without giving you the professional care and you help you need as a patient

Insensitive and Out Of Touch After voicing concerns about some disrespectful comments at a previous appointment, especially as I deal with Stage IV cancer, Emil Kheterpal fired back with how hard it is for HIM to be a doctor! He mentioned the stress on him, the stress on his family, the 24/7 time commitment, plus all the calls and tasks he has to do outside of regular office hours and sometimes on the weekends. Emil CHOSE to be a doctor - I did not choose to have cancer. Wake Forest Urology patients deserve better.

I have heard from others and witnessed myself Kheterpal’s condescending remarks and sarcastic quips towards patients and voiced my concerns. His backhanded apology was “I’m sorry if you think I came off that way” then stated patients have been frustrated since Covid. What?!? The very definition of dismissive.

Ravi Singh prescribed me hundreds of the strongest antibiotics for almost 7 months beside radiology images and everything required for my illness in the last year and I’m still struggling with the same pain plus payment of their bills and I don’t see any progress on my illness and he was never listening to me when I was visiting him and was trying to explain him everything about my condition.
