Scheduling don’t tell me I needed an X-ray when I made the appointment. Doctor didn’t do anything but tell me to go get one but here are more meds. Staffing at the office was not very friendly. Had to wait over 45 mins to see the doctor just to be told he couldn’t do anything. This is the second time at this urologist. First time was for a simple procedure which the staff never gave me the correct info and prep materials. But this is the second poor experience. I will not go there again and neither should you!

I was scheduled for a biopsy, went to the office the day before to see about the antibiotics that is when I found out that they postponed it for two months and ever even contacted me.They were not very nice in the office.I would not recommend this office.

I had a good experience overall. But don't expect them to give you a good estimate. They seem to have other Dr offices that will suddenly bill you after.

This place is awful. Long wait times, lack of communication or coordination, lack of any kind of urgency from the office team. My physician was nice, informative, and seemed to genuinely care about my condition. My NP was nice too. As for everything else, TERRIBLE. I would stay away if possible.

The Call center,, for associate Urologist of North Carolina is one of the rudest inconsiderate. Call center, I have ever dealt with. They are little or no assistance they want to do nothing but transfer you to another number without giving you the professional care and you help you need as a patient
