This is the worse place i have ever visited as a patient. They will just not return phone calls or emails. 3 phone calls and 3 emails later and no response. Guess will have to wait for another appointment so they can charge you to answer a question. Adding a edit...finally got a call but then no follow up. Not sure they did what they said they would. I have never had such a hard time getting in touch with someone at a Drs office. Even after my procedure, I called, left messages, sent emails, and still now, no one has contacted me. I had to rely on my primary to help after procedure. I was told I’d be getting a kit in the mail, was told I needed an ultrasound; no kit, no call for ultrasound, no answer when call. I’m beginning to think no one works at any of the offices. I think it’s time I need to be looking another urologist.

Would do zero stars if that was an option. Poor communication. Even poorer customer service at the front desk.

I was referred here by my doctor. No one smiled…like at all. everyone was kind of rude! i have never been here before and honestly the environment put me in a bad mood. I was told to come back but I am going to go somewhere else. It overall was just a negative experience and judging by the other reviews..i’m not the only one who has this opinion.
