Would do zero stars if that was an option. Poor communication. Even poorer customer service at the front desk.
I was referred here by my doctor. No one smiled…like at all. everyone was kind of rude! i have never been here before and honestly the environment put me in a bad mood. I was told to come back but I am going to go somewhere else. It overall was just a negative experience and judging by the other reviews..i’m not the only one who has this opinion.
I'm just going to add that every negative review about follow up is more than accurate. I wrote a review on their website, probably won't publish it to keep their ratings high. The customer service and care by Dr. Hamilton was very good and would be 5 STARS! Someone else wrote "The rating given is a reflection of the office and the difficulty it takes in scheduling an appointment or to talk to someone for follow-up is a concern. A phone call leads to an endless VOICEMAIL loop with no guarantee of return calls!" I completely ... read more
Horrible experience. Got to appt 15 minutes early. The receptionist looked at me and said our internet is down. No greeting, just a statement. When I didn't say anything she asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, I was here to see the Dr, not use the internet. So they had me wait 45 minutes, and then asked who I as there to see. When I said Dr. Hamilton, i was told they shouldnt have scheduled me in Clayton since she only works there on Wendsdays.
