Terrible experience with their phone service. You can never get a hold of anyone, it's like we're back to the 50's and must go back in person for anything! Don't even get me started in their "Portal" currently looking for another facility.

This is the worse place i have ever visited as a patient. They will just not return phone calls or emails. 3 phone calls and 3 emails later and no response. Guess will have to wait for another appointment so they can charge you to answer a question. Adding a edit...finally got a call but then no follow up. Not sure they did what they said they would. Also, they constantly call and cancel your appt for a variety of reasons. Then they want u to call back to reschedule. I travel a lot and available only certain days which is a ... read more

I have never had such a hard time getting in touch with someone at a Drs office. Even after my procedure, I called, left messages, sent emails, and still now, no one has contacted me. I had to rely on my primary to help after procedure. I was told I’d be getting a kit in the mail, was told I needed an ultrasound; no kit, no call for ultrasound, no answer when call. I’m beginning to think no one works at any of the offices. I think it’s time I need to be looking another urologist.

Would do zero stars if that was an option. Poor communication. Even poorer customer service at the front desk.
