Staff is kind and caring. As a female patient of Dr. Neighbors, however, the experience was terrible. He was curt, disinterested and dismissive of both my concerns and physical pain, and made a bare minimum effort to explain their processes to me. Yet a male patient of his that I know thinks he’s great. I wonder what the difference is??

Two botched surgeries. Which led to bigger problems and the original problem not resolved. Then they said they couldn’t do anything else. Honestly, they want easy money and they don’t wanna do any work to try to figure out the base problem. First appointment at Duke health they ordered a CT scan. Now I have to have a third surgery, which is to fix the problem that Dr. Bennett did and then to address the original problem. I hope I have enough evidence to win a lawsuit. They can’t figure out the problem that I’m experiencing, which seems to be a common problem, which makes me doubt he expertise level of those working here. Two surgeries and I’ve ended up with the same result, if not worse.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful when I come in for my monthly appointment. The environment is clean and welcoming, overall a great experience everytime I come in!
