Absolutely worst staff I’ve ever encountered at a doctors office. They’re rude and lack compassion for their patients. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

His bedside manner is exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and professional. I saw the doctor in December. He recommended several invasive tests that I declined. I was billed for the tests, and multiple calls to their billing department have not fixed the issue. Based on other reviews, this seems common at this office.
Alicia Ward Radiological Coordinator is the worst. Will not pick up phone. Dr.Kheterpal is the BEST. Brian Wake Forest office receptionist the most rude human being. Superprotected by fellow staff.
