I share this information for anyone that is referred to this specific urologist. It is to provide a warning to anyone that has been provided Dr. Neighbors as their urologist. This is not speaking for the rest of the practice. I have provided an official, recorded complaint to their board. I have never received a call back as they stated they would, once they looked into the concerns. My family member was a patient of Dr. Neighbors, referred to him from a Emergency Room visit. I’m very pleased with Dr. Neighbors and his team. He took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His team members are friendly, quick to help and concerned about my health. I had a wonderful appointment experience, thank you very much.
