See update below… Everything and everyone was great; especially, Dr Nold who took the time to understand our son’s issue and his treatment plan gives us hope. He’s knowledgeable and cares, worth the trip to see him. Thank you!!! ETA: Staff has been problematic a few times, absolutely unprofessional from changing my email to a fake one to changing an in person appointment to a telephone visit without calling me and we travel from hours away! The University of Chicago needs to address the problem ones!

Dr. Nold is a wonderful Urologist, but his staff is horrible - specifically Amanda. My daughter has been a patient of his since birth for hydronephrosis. They staff has given me FALSE MEDICAL ADVICE claiming they spoke to the doctor, said to keep my daughter on her same antibiotic following a breakthough infection, then at her next appointment, Dr. Nold know NOTHING about the infection nor the advice to keep her on the same antibiotic.
