I had a procedure back in December and everyone there was very professional and helpful along the way. I had an insurance issue pop up and the office manager, Nikia, helped me resolve it in a timely fashion.
The Dr found my cancer and I'm now cancer free. Thank you Dr Tek, Dr DesRosier and their team.
Walked in and out in 10 seconds. Wouldnt listen to me at all
I am only very unsatisfied with the Answering service/front desk. The Doctors are great. Any time a call is needed to the office (any location) I am on hold for over 20 minutes to just speak to someone, or make an appointment. This is unacceptable. I am in the medical field as well and would be appalled if my patients were experiencing this!!!
